Each service has its own cancellation terms, which are shown on the service page and confirmed before you pay.

Most transfers, drivers and tours offer free cancellation up to 24–72 hours before the service.

Restaurant, nightlife and villa bookings follow the supplier's policy — we will always confirm this in writing before you confirm.
